The magician starts by discussing how cloning works, to demonstrate principle he shows four queens in his hand all are the queen of spade, he can show it from the back too to show it is normal.

Now he takes another queen of the club and replaces it with the queen of spade, after saying the magical word “Abara Ka Dabra“ when he spread cards magically all four cards becomes queen of the club now.
